Our story

Broomfield Property Maintenance started in 2014 as a one-man operation in Chelmsford, and we still treat every job with the same care today: turn up on time, do the work properly, leave the place tidy.

We're a small team of fully qualified electricians — no subbies, no surprises. Whether it's a quick socket replacement in Colchester or a full commercial rewire in Basildon, you'll deal with the same people from first call to final certificate.

How we work

Every job starts with an honest conversation. For small jobs we can often quote from a photo over WhatsApp. For larger work we come out for a free site visit. You then receive a written fixed-price quote — broken down so you can see where every pound goes — usually within 48 hours.

On the day, we arrive at the agreed time (and if we're going to be late, you'll hear from us). Work is carried out cleanly and safely. Once finished, every job is properly tested and you receive the appropriate electrical certificate by email within 48 hours.
