Our story

Broomfield Property Maintenance has been trading since 2014, backed by 48 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade. We still treat every job with the same care: turn up on time, do the work properly, leave the place tidy.

How we work

Every job starts with an honest conversation. For small jobs we can often quote from a photo over WhatsApp. For larger work we come out for a free site visit. You then receive a written fixed-price quote — broken down so you can see where every pound goes — usually within 48 hours.

On the day, we arrive at the agreed time (and if we're going to be late, you'll hear from us). Work is carried out cleanly and safely. Once finished, every job is properly tested and you receive the appropriate electrical certificate by email within 48 hours.
