How quickly can you come out for an emergency? +
We aim to be on-site within 60 minutes for genuine emergencies across central Essex, 24 hours a day. Call us directly rather than using the booking form for anything urgent — burning smells, sparking, total power loss, or anything that feels unsafe.
Do you give fixed-price quotes? +
Yes — wherever possible we quote a fixed price up front so you know exactly what the job will cost before any work starts. For straightforward jobs we can often quote over the phone or from photos.

Will I get an electrical certificate after the work? +
Yes. Every job is signed off with the appropriate certificate — a Minor Works certificate for smaller jobs, an Electrical Installation Certificate for larger work, or an EICR if requested. These are essential for insurance, landlord compliance and selling a property.
