Are you fully qualified and insured? +
Yes. We are NAPIT approved, Part P certified, fully insured, and qualified to the 18th Edition wiring regulations. Every job is signed off with the proper electrical certificate.
How quickly can you come out for an emergency? +
During our working hours (9am–4pm, 7 days a week) we aim to be on-site quickly across central Essex for genuine emergencies. Call us directly rather than using the booking form for anything urgent — burning smells, sparking, total power loss, or anything that feels unsafe.
Do you give fixed-price quotes? +
Yes — wherever possible we quote a fixed price up front so you know exactly what the job will cost before any work starts. For straightforward jobs we can often quote over the phone or from photos.
What areas of Essex do you cover? +

Do you do small jobs or only large ones? +
Both. We are happy to come out for a single socket or light fitting, and we also handle full rewires, commercial fit-outs, and EICR reports. No job is too small.
Will I get an electrical certificate after the work? +
Yes. Every job is signed off with the appropriate certificate — a Minor Works certificate for smaller jobs, an Electrical Installation Certificate for larger work, or an EICR if requested. These are essential for insurance, landlord compliance and selling a property.
