Pricing
Small jobs are charged at a fixed price per item — much fairer than an hourly rate. Multiple jobs on the same visit are discounted.
Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum job you'll come out for? +
There's no minimum. A single socket move or one light fitting is absolutely fine — though if you only have one small job, doing it alongside any other neighbours' jobs helps keep the price down.
Will I need to redecorate? +
We chase neatly and patch holes with filler ready for paint. Most customers redecorate the affected wall section. We can put you in touch with a local decorator if needed.
Can you install smart home kit I supplied? +
Yes — bring us your Shelly relays, Lightwave switches, Hue bridges, etc., and we will install them correctly. If you want recommendations on what to buy, just ask.
